Delivery and Shipping

E.SHOP SRL accepts orders and ships in the following European countries:

Shipments are made only and exclusively in free port and no collection is accepted by the customer or collected on site unless exceptions.

Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of order placement.

Delivery times for ordered goods are approximate; the same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the Authority.

Standard delivery will take place at the following times:
from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

No responsibility can be attributed to E.SHOP SRL in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the bill;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered;
- in the event of external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, they must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery, adding the term "withdrawal with reserve" on the specific document and possibly writing the reasons.

Processing times for goods

Considering the numerous formats available, we find it impossible to always have a warehouse of finished products ready for delivery, therefore we inform all our customers that for some items the times could be different from those indicated. Shipping times are the following on average:

- Prompt delivery unless exceptions: the item will be shipped the same day from receipt of payment.
- 10/15 working days for all items not available in stock.

Shipping fees

For all online purchases variable costs will be applied for shipping costs in relation to the total weight of the ordered goods.

Many items enjoy FREE SHIPPING.

Any surcharges due to higher weights will be promptly communicated to the Customer who will have the free faculty to accept or cancel the order.


Cash on delivery (Exclusively for ITALY)

In case of purchase on delivery, a fixed contribution of € 5 + VAT is applied to the total amount of the order

Payment can be made in cash for amounts up to € 999.00 while, for higher amounts, a bank draft made out to E.SHOP SRL (non-transferable).


Order shipment tracking

If requested, E.SHOP SRL will provide the customer with a reference code that will give the possibility to follow the situation of the shipment directly online on the courier's website.


No supplement for italian islands

The E.SHOP SRL does not apply any extra charge for Islands or disadvantaged areas.
